What
is the best way for me to return my items to you?
You should e-mail cs@laptop-megashop.co.uk or call the
support desk on tel. No. 0871 6663555 who will issue a 'Returns Authorisation
Number'(RAN) and it would help avoid delays if you would mark the package with
this no. in order for us to identify the returned item.
You should ensure you use a reliable method of service for returning an item to
us & it is also recommended that you insure this for any transit losses
that could be incurred . Further to this it would be best to place the item in
a black plastic bag with the RMA No. marked on it. This way the original
packaging is not marked and the goods are not visible to anybody else.
Proof of despatch must be retained until we acknowledge safe receipt. If
required we may arrange the collection and collection charges will be
applicable, unless the goods were supplied incorrectly.
All packaging material and instructions books etc should be returned with the
goods
You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in
your possession.
Repairs
Under Warranty
If the goods develop a problem while under warranty, it is
advisable you click here to check if the manufacturer has a support desk which
may deal directly with you regards the problem.

will be able to advise you accordingly.
